DX-LF02A is an efficient laser engraving additive synthesized on the basis of traditional synthesis experience. It has good dispersibility, good compatibility, and stable structure. It mainly absorbs laser light energy by itself, converts it into heat energy, and then transfers it to surrounding polymers, achieving higher contrast laser marking. And the addition amount is lower than traditional products, and the labeling speed is faster, which can achieve fast, continuous, and stable laser marking effect, solving problems while also improving production efficiency. Mainly used for ABS keyboards (except for soft glue), achieving a black carved white effect.

Mainly used for ABS keyboards (except for soft glue) and in areas that have not yet been developed.
Usage of laser engraving additives:
Step 1: Dry the raw materials and then add laser engraving aids (laser engraving aids do not require baking)
Step 2: Mix the raw materials with the laser engraving additive evenly, and then directly inject or extract particles for modification.
There are two common types of plastic processes, namely, first pelletizing and then injection molding, and direct injection molding. Usually, if it is a direct injection molding process, it is recommended to use laser engraving additives from the master batch, as during injection molding, if the powder is relatively heavy and unevenly dispersed, it will cause settling.
If it is a granulation process, the use of laser carving powder and laser carving master batch will achieve good results.
Step 3: After injection molding, the finished product can be directly marked with laser engraving.

The selection of laser engraving machines and the parameter settings of laser engraving are influenced by various factors
2. During the process of laser marking, the laser engraving effect can be achieved by continuously changing the parameters of the laser (most importantly, the power and speed of the laser engraving).
Often, many people do not adjust the parameters of the laser machine and only use a fixed parameter to laser carve. If they feel that carving is not good, they will change the amount of addition, which will only blindly increase costs.
