Product Description:

Crodamide ER-CH is a long-chain fatty acid amino compound, characterized by high purity and good thermal stability. It has excellent smoothness properties for polyolefin films and can also be used as a release agent for injection molding. Made from plant raw materials, it is available in free-flowing, easily measurable microbeads or particle forms (FD).

Applications:

Due to the unique structure of the product, it is mainly used in the following ways and in areas that have not yet been developed:

1. Improve the adhesion between styrene resin and metal
2. Improve the electroplating and coloring properties of styrene resins
3. Coupling agent between styrene resin and glass fiber (such as AS/GF, ABS/GF)
4. Compatibilizers for styrene based resins and nylon, PC alloys such as PC/ABS alloys
5. Used as a heat resistant agent and alloy compatibilizer for biodegradable materials such as PLA and PBAT
6. Used as a base material for the production of SMA+GF, applied in fields such as automotive sunroof frames and instrument panel frames

As a coupling agent for glass fiber reinforced materials such as AS+GF, ABS+GF, it is recommended to add a dosage of 2% -5%. As a compatibilizer for alloys, it is recommended to add an amount of 0.5% -2%.
