Panzhihua titanium dioxide R5569 is a new generation of high-end universal (water oriented) rutile titanium dioxide developed by combining the quality control experience of sulfuric acid method rutile titanium dioxide production with innovative research in inorganic coating, organic treatment, salt treatment, calcination control, hydrolysis and product application. It adopts color and particle size control, zirconium silicon aluminum phosphorus multiple inorganic coating, and new organic treatment technology. Suitable for various industries such as architectural coatings, industrial coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, inks, powder coatings, rubber and plastics.

Applications


Suggested application:
1: In terms of plastics, it has good weather resistance and yellowing resistance, with only a slight loss in coloring strength. It also has good dispersibility in plasticized soft vinyl resins.

2: Polyethylene: Easy to disperse (including color masterbatch), high opacity, stable color phase, good coloring power, low reactivity with antioxidants, uniform and stable color phase

3: ABS: resistant to yellowing, excellent dispersibility, and good whiteness
PP: Excellent dispersibility, high opacity, good whiteness, and low reactivity with antioxidants
PVC plastic steel: excellent dispersibility, high opacity, low color change, anti powdering
PS: Excellent dispersion, uniform and stable color phase, low discoloration.

4: Engineering plastics (acetals, PC): low moisture absorption, excellent dispersibility
Pipe materials (PVC, R-PVC, ABS, HDPE): excellent dispersion and low color change
Color masterbatch: Excellent dispersion, high filling coefficient, uniform and stable color phase.
