Product Description
FK-2 is a new type of sulfonated flame retardant. Based on traditional synthesis experience and taking into account the cation ignition mechanism of sulfonates in PC, a more efficient PC halogen-free flame retardant has been developed. The synthesis process is simpler and it is not easily deliquescent.

Applications
Product Function and Mechanism:
Function: Sulfonates can promote the isomerization of PC at high temperatures, and can improve the crosslinking and carbonization rate of PC. Forming a carbon layer on the surface of PC, diluting combustible materials with non combustible gases.
Mechanism: During combustion, it promotes the release of CO2 and H2O, generates phenolic substances, produces aliphatic and aromatic compounds, accelerates the carbonization rate of PC molecules, and promotes cross-linking of polymer molecules.
Product characteristics:
1. Efficient PC halogen-free flame retardant, simpler synthesis process and less hygroscopic
