Product Description

FKT-807 is a new, environmentally friendly, and efficient flame retardant developed by our company based on traditional synthesis experience for flame retardant PCs. It has excellent stability at room temperature, a simpler synthesis process, and is not easily deliquescent. Good compatibility with PC matrix, transparent, efficient, heat-resistant, and with minimal addition.

Applications

Product Function and Mechanism:
Function: Sulfonate can promote the isomerization of PC, improve the crosslinking and carbonization rate of PC, form a carbon layer on the surface of PC, and dilute combustible materials with non combustible gas.
Mechanism: During combustion, it promotes the release of CO2 and H2O, accelerates the carbonization rate of PC molecules, and promotes the cross-linking of polymer molecules.

Application :
Applied to PC transparent and non-transparent flame retardants
Product FKT-807 is potassium perfluorobutylsulfonate, characterized by transparency, high efficiency, heat resistance, and low addition amount
1. Transparent PC halogen-free flame retardant, with a light transmittance of 85-88% and slight haze, with a flame retardant grade of UL94V-0 and a thickness of 1.8mm;
2. Non transparent PC halogen-free flame retardant, compatible with anti dripping agent K-PT201, UL94V-0 1.6mm thickness;
3. Non transparent PC halogen-free flame retardant, 1.0mm UL94V-0 is also acceptable, and formula design is required
Suggested dosage: 0.06-0.1%
